Claims Handling

In the event of an emergency, please dial 911 first. If someone is seriously injured, or if there is serious property damage, you should always submit a claim to protect yourself.  However, in the event of a small loss, it makes sense to discuss the claim with us first.  Our team has the resources and experience to assist you whenever a claim occurs.  Please contact your account manager immediately so we can begin the claims process for you. If a serious claim occurs over the weekend or outside of our normal business hours, below is a list of our insurance company partner’s claim reporting numbers and websites, for your convenience.
